Workflow

The workflow means the flow of documents or work papers to achieve an outcome. The workflow in Classera Academy consists of several levels. Each level has administrative approval, which is linked to the account of one of the administration departments.

To create a workflow: #
  1. Click the Workflow tab from the sidebar.
  2. Choose its type from the drop-down list.
  3. Choose the roles (Trainees – Trainers – Corporate).
  4. Type the workflow title both in English and Arabic.
  5. Check the corresponding checkbox to assign the workflow automatically to new users.
  6. Check the corresponding checkbox to assign the workflow to users when a form is submitted.
  7. Click Create to add your workflow.
