An easy tool to create a quick survey.

Many actions can be done on the forms as shown in the picture. Starting from the red mark on the left side, the actions are explained as the following:
View the full form/ a result report/ a detailed report is exported in excel with the participants’ name and ID/ edit the form/ Publish and sharable link/ delete the form.
