The “Forms” tool is used to participate in questionnaire forms or statistical studies that have been published by the school.  

To Evaluate a Form: #

Click “Forms” from the main menu. A list of forms will appear to evaluate.

Several actions can be taken for each form:

  1. You can view the form and evaluate it.
  2. You can report the form.
  3. You can export the table to an Excel file.
  4. You can edit the form.
  5. You can publish the form.
  6. You can remove the form.
