Indicator to check how many tickets are open.

Indicator to check how many tickets are in progress.

Indicator to check how many tickets are pending need school response.

Indicator to check how many tickets need Classera activation department response.

Re-Open ticket if your issue not solved yet.

Close ticket if you figure out the issue.
