Joining Classrooms using MS Teams Desktop Application

To Join Using MS Teams Desktop Application : #
  1. After logging into your account, your smart classrooms for today appears on the Homepage.
  2. Click on “Join” next to the virtual classroom ready to open.
  3. Choose “Open Microsoft Teams” to launch the virtual classroom using MS Teams desktop application.
  4. Click on “Create Account” to create your own MS Teams account.
  5. A message indicating that your account has been created successfully will show up.
  6. Click on the “Show Account Details” to show your username and password, then save them somewhere safe for further use.
  7. Click on the “Login with Microsoft” button.
  8. Add the username and password you saved and click on “Sign in”
  9. Update your Password for security reasons, then click on “Sign in”.
  10. After signing in, the MS Teams application will open and you will see the window below.
  11. Enter your name (your real name).
  12. Click on the camera icon and the mic icon to open the camera and the mic connected before joining the classroom.
  13. Click “Join now”.
  14. Wait for the teacher to let you in.
